Features Found in the Earliest Stages of AD Lead Investigator: Ron Killiany Institution : Boston University School of Medicine E-Mail : killiany@bu.edu Proposal ID : 911 Proposal Description: We are interested in better understanding the cognitive and clinical features that are found in the earliest stages of AD and how these features change cross-sectionally between the pre-symptomatic phase and the symptomatic phase. Aim 1, to assess the role of clinical, genetic and/or gender variables in predicting CDR score in the pre-clinical phase of AD Aim 2 to assess the role of clinical, genetic and/or gender variables in predicting the CDR score in the MCI phase of AD. Aim 3, to assess the role of clinical, genetic and/or gender variables in predicting neuropsychological outcome measures in pre-clinical AD Aim 4, to assess the role of clinical, genetic and/or gender variables in predicting neuropsychological outcome measures in the MCI phase of AD.
